(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on January 14, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens, to approve by motion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />contract documents and award the standard form contract 00520 for the 2018 Hoover Field <br />Synthetic Turf Replacement Project to Fieldturf USA, Inc. of Montreal, Quebec, Canada for <br />their responsive and responsible combined base bid and add alternate bid #1 and #2 of <br />$1,628,889.02, waive certain minor irregularities as set forth in the staff report, and authorize <br />the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount <br />awarded. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />'6-�z� <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
