1. This Council hereby finds, determines and declares that the Computer <br />Hardware is surplus; that it is no longer necessary or required for municipal <br />purposes; and that the appraised value of said Computer Hardware to be <br />conveyed is less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). <br />2.
