LICENSOR AND LICENSEE ARE THE CURRENT PARTIES TO A CERTAIN <br />LEASE AGREEMENT DATED JULY 29, 1996, AS AMENDED BY THAT CERTAIN <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 29, 2011 <br />(COLLECTIVELY, THE "ORIGINAL LEASE"). A Memorandum of First Amendment to <br />Lease reflecting the Original Lease was recorded in the public records of San Mateo County. <br />2. The Original Lease terminated as of , 2018 ("Effective Date") and is <br />superseded by that certain Wireless Communications Site License Agreement dated as of the <br />Effective Date ("License") for the purpose of installing, operating and maintaining a <br />communications facility and other improvements at the Premises described in Exhibit 1, which <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />3.
