Agreement with Disability Access Consultants, LLC, to develop an Americans <br />with Disabilities Act Self -Evaluation and Transition Plan <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services <br />agreement with Disability Access Consultants, LLC (DAC) in the amount of <br />$220,450 to develop an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self -Evaluation <br />and Transition Plan to ensure City compliance with the ADA. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13.
