Affirmative steps for BIP <br />Outreach Documentation are outlined in Paragraph C herein. The BIP Outreach Documentation must be submitted <br />as described in Paragraph C herein. Failure to submit the BIP Outreach Documentation will render the response <br />non-responsive. <br />10. Subcontract: For the purpose of this program, the term "Subcontract" denotes an agreement between the prime <br />Consultant and an individual, firm or corporation for the performance of a particular portion(s) of the work which <br />the prime Consultant has obligated itself. <br />11. Subconsultant: An individual, firm, or corporation having a direct contract with the consultant for the performance <br />of a part of the work which is proposed to be constructed or done under the contract or permit, including the <br />furnishing of all labor, materials, or equipment.
