The Contractor/Borrower/Agency (hereafter Contractor) is in compliance with and will continue to comply with <br />the Americans with Disabilities Act 42 U.S.C. 12101 et. seq. and its implementing regulations. <br />2. The Contractor will provide for reasonable accommodations to allow qualified individuals with disabilities to have <br />access to and participate in its programs, services and activities in accordance with the provisions of the Americans <br />with Disabilities Act. <br />3.
