6.11). - Page 150 of 170 PSG -31. Contractor Responsibility Ordinance CONTRACTOR shall comply with the Contractor Responsibility Ordinance, LAAC Section 10.40 et seq., as amended from time to time. PSC -32. Business Inclusion Program Unless otherwise exempted prior to bid submission, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all aspects of the Business Inclusion Program as described in the Request for Proposal/Qualification process, throughout the duration of this Contract.
