6.G. - Page 19 of 238 <br />AMENDED AND RESTATED <br />WHOLESALE WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT <br />Introductory Statement <br />Both San Francisco, as the Regional Water System owner and operator, and its Wholesale <br />Customers share a commitment to the Regional Water System providing a reliable supply of <br />high quality water at a fair price, and achieving these goals in an environmentally sustainable <br />manner. <br />Article 1. Parties, Effective Date, And Defined Terms <br />1.01. Definitions <br />The capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Attachment <br />A. <br />1.02.
