No Third -Party Beneficiaries <br />This Agreement is exclusively for the benefit of the parties and not for the benefit of any <br />other Person. There are no third -party beneficiaries of this Agreement and no person not a <br />party shall have any rights under or interests in this Agreement. <br />No party may assert a claim for damages on behalf of a person other than itself, <br />including a person that is not a party. <br />8.17.
