6.G. - Page 128 of 238 <br />"Wholesale Revenue Coverage" refers to the additional dollar amount included in wholesale <br />rates each fiscal year that is charged to Wholesale Customers by the SFPUC for their <br />proportionate share of Debt Service coverage under Section 6.06.A. <br />"Wholesale Revenue Coverage Reserve" refers to the account established by the SFPUC for <br />deposit of Wholesale Revenue Coverage under Section 6.06.6. <br />"Wholesale Revenue Requirement" means the calculated Wholesale Customer portion of <br />SFPUC Regional Water System capital and operating costs as determined in accordance with <br />the provisions of Article 5 of this Agreement, formerly called the "Suburban Revenue <br />Requirement" in the 1984 Agreement. <br />"Wholesale Service Area" means the combined service areas of the Wholesale Customers, as <br />delineated on the service area maps attached to each Individual Water Sales Contract. <br />"WSIP" refers to the Water System Improvement Program approved by the Commission in <br />Resolution No. 08-0200 on October 30, 2008, as amended from time to time. <br />15066183.1 <br />459 <br />
