6.G. - Page 160 of 238 <br />Upon reasonable notice to the General Manager of the SFPUC,13AWSCA shall be given <br />access to all water flow and usage records compiled by the SFPUC, including raw data, at <br />reasonable times during business hours and shall have the right to copy such records and data at <br />its expense. <br />2. Lack of Data <br />The parties recognize that, because of human error, mechanical failure, or other <br />unplanned events, portions of the data required for the calculation of the usage rates and ratios <br />described in Sections B and C of this Attachment occasionally may be unavailable or incorrect. <br />In the event that such data are unavailable or inaccurate, the SFPUC shall make a reasonable <br />estimate of the unavailable or incorrect data or use the most accurate alternative data that are <br />available, and substitute the estimate therefor. <br />If the SFPUC uses an estimate of the unavailable or inaccurate data or alternative data, it <br />shall provide BAWSCA with the following: <br />(1) a description of the unavailable or inaccurate data and the estimation or substitution <br />of data used therefor; <br />(2) an explanation of the cause of the missing or inaccurate data and the reasons <br />underlying the SFPUC's estimation or substitution of alternate data; and <br />(3) a statement of how the error or malfunction that caused the unavailability or <br />inaccuracy of the data will be avoided in the future. <br />The SFPUC shall provide this information to BAWSCA upon calculation by the SFPUC <br />of the usage rates and ratios described in this Attachment for the fiscal year in question. <br />15 <br />March 11, 2009 <br />491 <br />
