6.A. - Page 44 of 50 <br />DAC <br />The Dual Photo and Basic Photo Reports may be exported to an Excel workbook for easy management of the <br />transition plan data. The Excel workbook exports into a pre -formatted table with the filter function atop each <br />data column. The report is a fully functioning Excel spreadsheet that may be sorted, filtered and manipulated <br />by the user. The column for Picture identification numbers includes cells that are live links to the second tab of <br />the workbook which contains report photos.
