This meeting will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 10 AM at 6335 Woodley Ave, Van <br />Nuys CA 91406. <br />DEADLINE AND DELIVERY INFORMATION: <br />Responses must be received no later than Tuesday, June 21, 2016 on or before 3 pm. <br />Two (2) complete RFQ documents (including addenda), each with original initials/signatures and required <br />forms, attachments and documentation must be submitted. <br />Responses must be submitted in one (1) or more sealed envelopes, clearly marked as follows: <br />➢ RFQ for GENERAL PARK BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, RETROFIT, MAINTENANCE <br />AND/OR REPAIRS — RESPONSE ENCLOSED <br />➢ Name and Address of Firm <br />Responses must be mailed or delivered in person to: <br />City of Los Angeles Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners <br />Attention: Board Secretary <br />Figueroa Plaza <br />221 N.
