Task 8 — Site Plan Review <br />A site access and circulation assessment will be conducted for vehicles, bicycles, and <br />pedestrians within the Project site and on the adjacent roadways. To the extent <br />adequate detail can be provided, consultant will review the site plan for: <br />• Site access and interface with roadway network including corner sight distances <br />and a review of driveway spacing <br />• Queueing at intersections and potential spillback <br />• Emergency vehicle access and circulation <br />• Vehicular circulation and roadway sizing within the site <br />• Pedestrian access and circulation within and adjacent to the site <br />• Bicycle access and circulation within and adjacent to the site <br />• Transit access adjacent to the site <br />• Pedestrian access to and from nearby transit stops <br />• Parking supply in comparison to City Code requirements and ITE parking demand <br />Intersection level of service calculations will be conducted for the 6 internal intersections <br />using Cumulative With Project volumes to assess their operations with full buildout of <br />the project. <br />Task 9 —TDM Program Analysis <br />Projects generating more than 100 peak hour vehicle trips are subject to Transportation <br />Demand Management (TDM) requirements set forth by the San Mateo C/CAG. <br />Consultant will develop an outline of applicable TDM Strategies for conformance to <br />C/CAG Guidelines and recommend additional measures, if applicable. <br />Task 10 — VMT Analysis <br />A VMT analysis will be conducted by applying average trip lengths to the vehicle trips <br />generated by the project. <br />Task 11— Documentation <br />Consultant will prepare a TIA report of that will include text, graphics, and tables to <br />describe the analysis methods and results, potential transportation impacts, and <br />corresponding mitigation measures. Consultant will submit the Administrative Draft <br />TIA in electronic format for review by the City and the environmental consultant. This <br />scope includes up to 20 staff hours to respond to all comments on the Administrative <br />Draft TIA report and prepare the Draft TIA report to be included in the EIR. <br />Page 29 of 37 <br />AM/AGR/2018.270/AECOM PSA <br />REV: 12-07-18 PR <br />
