AECOM can adjust these
parameters if requested, subject to a revised scope and budget.
• A Health and Safety Plan will be prepared by AECOM prior to fieldwork.
• One initial site visit is required to plot excavation locations and mark for Underground Services
Alert (USA).
• Up to five (5) test pits will be excavated; and up to ten (10) Geoprobe borings will be excavated,
• Up to five (5), 10 -hour days of mechanical excavation.
• Any archaeological resources encountered during excavation will be returned to the trench prior
to backfilling and will not require curation.
• Consultant is not responsible for securing access permission.
• Consultant is not responsible for maintaining excavations after completion, beyond what is
described above.
• Native American consultation, if requested, would not require an in-person meeting
• No Native American monitor will be required.
• Budget does not include costs for the treatment of human remains in the unlikely event that such
remains are encountered during testing.
• No curation is included. All identified artifacts will be returned to the excavation, after
documentation.
• If a potentially significant archaeological resource is encountered, mitigation of Project -related
impacts to that resource (e.g., data recovery excavations) is beyond the current scope and budget.
ATTY/AGR/2019/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO.1-AECOM
REV: 06-17-19 PR
