EXHIBIT "N' <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Magical Bridge Playground, Red Morton Park <br />Pre -fabricated Restroom Building Design and Installation by Public Restroom Company <br />• Consultant will design, fabricate, deliver, and install an ADA pre -fabricated structure to Red <br />Morton Park, as shown in Exhibit B. <br />• Consultant will manage quality control at their off-site production facility to comply with the <br />approved drawings and provide an inspection certification and photos, as required. <br />• Consultant will supply manufacturing centers with proprietary components, as required. <br />Consultant will then schedule the in -plant construction process to coordinate with the City's <br />delivery date through their Operations Division field staff. <br />• Consultant guarantees on-time, at -cost delivery, weather permitting. <br />1. Design, Testing & Permits <br />a. Consultant will design the three -stall ADA restroom according to the City's specified <br />preferences per the Magical Bridge Playground Project specifications. Consultant will <br />submit rendering of the exterior of the building and a Layout Plan to incorporate the <br />mechanical needs of the Vortex water feature, irrigation controller, and other utility <br />panels. <br />b. Consultant estimates a 180 calendar day schedule to complete its scope of work from <br />receipt of written notice to proceed together with signed approved architectural <br />submittals from all authorities required to approve them. <br />c. Consultant will follow any published specifications governing local building procedures <br />for applicable building permit fees, health department fees, all inspection fees, site <br />concrete testing fees, and compaction tests, if required by the City. Consultant is <br />responsible for all required State inspections and final State insignia certification of the <br />building, if applicable. <br />d. If the responsibility for building inspection is the local CBO, Consultant will provide a <br />certified plan set, calculations, and a third -party engineer inspection report for any and <br />all closed work the local official cannot see. <br />2. Fabrication & Shipment <br />a. Before the building leaves the manufacturing center, Consultant certifies a pressure water <br />piping test, DWV, and the electrical connections for compliance with code. <br />b. Consultant will test the building for leaks at the plant before shipment. <br />3. Installation Notice, Site Inspection & Delivery <br />a. Consultant will provide sufficient notice of delivery of the prefabricated building. <br />b. Consultant will provide detailed drawings for the subgrade building pad, utilities POC's, <br />and if required the footings, attached to this scope of work. <br />c. Consultant will deliver the structure to the site. Upon site arrival, Consultant staff will verify <br />the required dimensions of the building pad and the corner locations/elevation.
