Schedule: <br />Consultant will work with City and City's contractor to design and install the building and its <br />associated utilities as described above within the schedule provided by the contractor and the <br />Consultant 180 -day completion time. The 180 -day completion time period shall commence from <br />receipt of written notice to proceed.
