<br />If you wish to speak on topics on the Consent Calendar, or on topics not listed on the agenda, you
<br />will be called during Agenda Section 5: Public Comment On The Consent Calendar And Items Not On

<br />Please be advised that the Brown Act does not allow the City Council to discuss matters not on the
<br />agenda.
