Professional Services Agreement with 41-eaf, Inc. for Construction <br />Management Services for the Rule 20A Middlefield Road Phase 1 <br />Underground Utility District Project, which will remove and relocate <br />underground all of the overhead utility lines on Middlefield Road between <br />Main Street and Woodside Road <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement <br />for construction management consulting services with 41-eaf, Inc. for the Rule <br />20A Middlefield Road Phase 1 Underground Utility District Project in the <br />amount of $249,832. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13. Approve Professional Services Agreement with Woodard & Curran, consulting <br />engineering firm, to prepare a comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Master Plan <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional <br />Services Agreement with Woodard & Curran in the amount of $294,342, with <br />optional data review and training services upon direction from the City in the <br />amount of $27,880, for a total amount of $322,222 for the preparation of a <br />comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Master Plan. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />2 <br />
