The purpose of the review is for the Consultant to familiarize itself <br />with the information available for preparing the Master Plan and to identify any gaps in <br />information. Detailed analyses of the data for modeling and condition assessment will <br />be performed under subsequent tasks. <br />City will provide the following available information for review by Consultant: <br />• The City's most current GIS files of the sewer system and available base mapping <br />(parcels, streets, water bodies, road types, railroads, land use, etc.) <br />• Record drawings for any sewer facilities for which up-to-date or detailed data are not <br />included in the current GIS, including as -built drawings for sewer diversion manholes <br />and pump stations <br />• InfoWorks model files from the 2013 Sewer Master Plan Update and the City's <br />current EPA SWMM5 model files <br />• Pump station operating information (e.g., pump curves, on/off pump settings, <br />available drawdown test results, SCADA data as requested) <br />• Data in Excel format from previous flow and rainfall monitoring and pump station <br />monitoring programs conducted by the City; GIS file of previously monitored <br />locations indicating manhole IDs of meter locations; and site reports from flow <br />monitoring contractor. <br />• Operating information for Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW) Maple Street Pump <br />Station, including influent flow data and wet well levels; and influent level data at <br />point where Redwood Shores sewers discharge to SVCW treatment plant. <br />• Latest County tax assessor database for the City's service area and tributary County <br />Sewer Maintenance Districts <br />• Digital mapping related to the City's General Plan or other specific planning areas, <br />as available <br />• 2010 U.S. Census data and ABAG 2040 population and job projections <br />• Available water consumption data by parcel (e.g., monthly water use for winter <br />months for past 2 to 3 years) <br />• Industrial monitoring data (e.g., average and peak flows) from SVCW for permitted <br />industries in Redwood City <br />• Sewer and pump station design standards <br />• Bid tabulations for sewer and pump station projects completed during past five years <br />Any and all material shared by the City is to be maintained in confidence by the <br />Consultant, as stated in the body of this Agreement. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Key findings, listings and descriptions of available information <br />TASK 3 - FLOW MONITORING <br />The flow monitoring of 40 meter sites and 4 rain gages will be conducted by a flow <br />monitoring contractor under separate contract to the City.
