'The Harbor View project is currently zoned for light industrial and port related uses because of its <br />location. Office and housing construction can occur elsewhere in the city without the need to amend the <br />General Plan. We need to preserve and enhance Port operations, which is critical to the regional economy. <br />Because our traffic is already at capacity, the impacts to the communities from this project would be significant <br />and unavoidable. <br />I would encourage the Council to oppose the amendment to change the lands and zoning for the site. <br />Thank you. <br />Janet Larson, Atherton resident <br />Janet Larson <br />
