Redwood City should not be approving further development in such a flood zone and high risk area for sea <br />level rise! The Harbor View Project is completely inconsistent with these studies and how RWC should work <br />to mitigate risk in the future. <br />Additionally, in the previous studies of the Cargill Project, also, east of RTI 01, the CEQA study showed <br />numerous issues which would impact RWC, and noted that highway 10 l's width cannot be expanded in this <br />area. Significant increased traffic is inevitable, and simply altering on-off ramps to mitigate the impact of <br />4500 new employees is not sufficient: route 101 cannot be widened. Traffic congestion will simply worsen. <br />Major new developments need to be along the public transit corridor of Caltrans at minimum. The council <br />should abide by the General Plan as approved.
