However, Harbor View has NONE of these things in its favor! <br />1. Harbor View is 100% office space <br />2. It is not near transit -- it will be 100% car -oriented <br />3. The project is not part of any publicly -led plan -- it's developer -led <br />I would opposed this project even if it conformed to current land use and zoning. But it is completely <br />inappropriate to change the land use or zoning in order to allow this project where it wouldn't otherwise be <br />allowed. <br />I ask that you please review the "significant and unavoidable impacts to transportation" in detail.
