The Draft EIR has found 20 separate traffic and air quality impacts that are significant and unavoidable even <br />with mitigation measures. In addition, the Harbor View project would add over 4,500 new employees at this <br />site with no additional housing, which would worsen the jobs/housing imbalance by over 2,000 homes. <br />Furthermore, Redwood City should not be locating additional development in areas that are vulnerable to sea <br />level rise until there is a plan in place for bow to protect it. <br />Please do not spend any further staff time or resources on this project, which is wrong for Redwood City. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Thomas Pressburger <br />Redwood City 94061 <br />
