The number of <br />employees expected at the proposed offices will substantially increase traffic congestion, auto emissions and <br />exacerbate the affordable housing crisis. <br />In addition this is an area which is likely to be affected by rising sea level. <br />Please oppose the change in the general plan needed to approve this project. <br />Sincerely, <br />Patti Allen Colevas, MD <br />
