This project will add more <br />than 4,500 employees in Redwood City and significantly worsen traffic congestion on Highway 101, particularly at the <br />Woodside Road interchange. Major new office developments should be located near transit centers to reduce driving, not <br />out by the Redwood City Port, where it's important to keep port -related industries viable. <br />In addition, the development site is in the path of sea level rise. Redwood City should not be approving further <br />development in the flood zone with no plan for how to protect it. <br />Please do not continue forward with this project, which is the wrong project in the wrong place. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Michael Braude <br />Menlo Park <br />
