The Draft EIR has found <br />20 separate traffic and air quality impacts that are significant and unavoidable even with mitigation measures. <br />In addition, the Harbor View project would add over 4,500 new employees at this site with no additional <br />housing, which would worsen the jobs/housing imbalance by over 2,000 homes.
