CLK-Pamela Aguilar
From: Margaret Feuer <
Sent: Thursday, February 7, 2019 9:25 AM
To: GRP -City Council
Subject: Harbor View Project
Dear Mayor Bain and City Council members,
Please do not move forward with the review process for the massive Harbor View project.
I have personally taken advantage of the heavy and light industrial companies in Redwood
Cil1-'s Port. As a general contractor. 1 use Lyngso's_ as a grandparent. I've enrolled my
grandchildren in NorCal and I used to take them to miniature golf.
Changing the zoning of this area. to allow a massive commercial office prgject, in place of
industrial, will inevitably lead to the demise of the current industrial uses and more zone
changes.
The Harbor View development will worsen traffic congestion on Highway 101, especially at
Woodside Road interchange, which people use to get to Costco, the movies and other
Redwood City businesses.
I've always appreciated the diversity of people and businesses in your city especially in
contrast to the lack of these things in Palo Alto.
I implore you to not move forward with this massive project and I thank you for your
careful deliberation.
Margaret Feuer
Palo Alto. CA.
