It's not just the increased traffic, increased downtown congestion, more use of the infrastructure ... and <br />much more. Pollution, transit problems, housing shortages, damage to the environment must also go with this <br />project. <br />In addition we're losing all the available space for small businesses in the downtown area, where are they <br />supposed to set up shop when every space is taken up by restaurants? We need a mix of tech, shops, offices, and <br />other small enterprises. <br />Please don't let Jay Paul run our city. Lets call a halt to profiteering developers that don't care about us, just their <br />own profits. The last election was very clear on which way the citizens of Redwood City want our city to go. <br />Thanks for your time, <br />Jerry Brick, <br />resident for over 40 years <br />
