We have truly had enough!! <br />Is there no end to all of this? <br />How will you maintain your credibility if you fold to the developers who want a free pass around limits that <br />you yourselves adopted just a few years back? What has changed other than that we have been crushed by <br />development in the 5 years (that was supposed to take 20 years) that has essentially built out to the max the <br />square footage allowed under the DTPP? <br />I would like to believe in and trust the judgment of our council members. Please—listen to the true RWC <br />voices—the actual people who are trying to live here without fighting congestion, gridlock, density, the <br />disappearance of retail, consumer services, civilized behavior on the roadways, etc, etc. <br />Our quality of life must have some value in your equation—it's not all about $. And what has all this <br />development done for our city's budget if you needed to pass a sales tax increase to fund basic city services <br />(please, no unfunded pension argument— I've heard that ad museum)??? <br />Like many others, I am struggling to convince myself that RWC, where I have lived and owned a home for 30 <br />years, is a place that I can stand to live in anymore. <br />Please deny any request by Jay Paul to amend or modify the development limitations that would tie their <br />greedy hands! <br />None of us deserve to have this project foisted on us, including you the members of the CC, and they do not <br />deserve to exploit our city and its ever -diminishing space. <br />Thank you, <br />A Concerned RWC Citizen <br />PS—if you need my name to authenticate my point of view just let me know by reply email! <br />Sent from my iPhone <br />
