Rescind Minute Order 08091. <br />2. Approve the Parcel Map at 718 Canyon Road and accept on behalf of the public all <br />easements offered for dedication for public use. <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with Ernst <br />Development Corporation. <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with Ernst Development Corporation. <br />5.
