At <br /> that time we committed to the Council to implement that design, with refinements, and to add <br /> Keng's Design to our team as subconsultant to me. <br /> After the hearing you asked me for a proposal to complete the construction documents and <br /> provide construction support services. The attached Professional Services Budget details that <br /> proposal. <br /> The Scope of Work is described below: <br /> . additional services performed in March on a time-and-expenses basis, authorized <br /> verbally by you and already invoiced. <br /> . construction documentation for the Wayfinding Program, with Keng's Design and VKK <br /> Signmakers as subconsultants to me. <br /> . coordination and design effort for the Parking Structure neon sign being developed with <br /> Arrow Signs, assuming they will complete the construction documents for that sign. It <br /> includes an allowance for electrical engineering drawings for that sign, if necessary. <br /> . fabrication and installation of two prototype signs: one with two 36" diameter round <br /> panels and one with a 24" diameter round panel and five 24" rectangular blades with <br /> custom-designed brackets. <br /> The total fee proposal for this scope of work is Forty-nine thousand six hundred fifty three <br /> dollars ($49,653.00). This includes expenses for review copies of documents and other <br /> miscellaneous materials.
