(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 11, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Masur, by motion to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />Professional Services Agreement with Woodard & Curran in the amount of $294,342, with <br />optional data review and training services upon direction from the City in the amount of <br />$27,880, for a total amount of $322,222 for the preparation of a comprehensive Sanitary <br />Sewer Master Plan. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, C C <br />City Clerk <br />
