City and Landlord, or provide City any right to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement or the <br />Lease against Landlord. For purposes of the Lease, the use by City of the License Areas shall be <br />deemed to by the use of such areas by Licensor as "Tenant" under the Lease. Landlord shall not <br />be bound by any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement. <br />13.8 Authorization.
