STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />A. Financial Update <br /> <br />Director of Finance and Financial Planning Ponty gave a summary of the budget <br />estimates for fiscal years 2006/07 and 2007/08. He also summarized topics <br />discussed by the Council Finance Committee over the last several months. <br />(PowerPoint presentation on file.) <br /> <br />Finance Committee members concurred with Ponty as to the booking of <br />retirement medical pertains to the fact that when bond rating agencies view the <br />Redwood City Enterprise Fund there must be clarity about unfunded liability in <br />terms of bond rating.
