We cannot run the washing machine and the sprinklers at the same time, for <br />example. We cannot run the sprinklers and a bath for our two-year-old at the same time, <br />as another example. We are not alone complaining in this neighborhood about the water <br />pressmc. <br /> <br />_d_-'" <br /> <br />The City has come out and checked t1-¡e pressure and has said, "It is sufficient." It is not. <br />sufficient. We O\Vil a home at 1604 Maïyland Street and get almost three times the water <br />pressure there as \ve do on Hopkins. <br /> <br />Consequently, we are outraged that you are considering charging us more fm water. Fix <br />the ,>vater Pressure in this neighlx.xho(Jd and then let's talk about raising rates. <br />~ ~ <br /> <br />The City lets builders just keep on building - several monster homes have gone up and <br />are going up in this neighborhexxl - but doesn't upgrade the water and sewer systems to <br />accommodate the demand.
