4 of the 5 proposed maps (7-007b, 7-013b, 7019b, 7-022b) include part of Seaport Blvd, Bair Island Rd, and Maple <br />Street in District 1. This puts population deviation for District 1 at +7.27. This area also has significant open space that <br />could support more high density housing development which may increase the population deviation for District 1.
