6.F. - Page 3 of 15 <br />Capital Projects Funds <br />The Magical Bridge Foundation provided a $1.0 million grant to the Red Morton Park Playground <br />Renovation Project, resulting in an increase to revenue in the Capital Projects Fund. <br />Increases to expenditures of $900,000 include $1.6 million in appropriations for the Red Morton Park <br />Playground Renovation Project and the Community Wellness Center project, which is offset by current <br />grant revenue and developer contributions from the prior year fund balance. Also included is a net <br />decrease in expenditures of $700,000 for adjustments relating to Capital Project budget corrections. <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Decreases to expenditures of $70,000 includes adjustments relating to Capital Projects where funding is <br />no longer needed. <br />Internal Services Funds <br />Increases to expenditures of $59,000 is attributed to an additional appropriation for Information <br />Technology operating expenditures for telephone usage and associated circuits. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The net change in fund balance for each fund is shown in the Analysis Section of this report.
