The permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />Name of Event: The "15th Annual Stanford Treeathlon" shall be conducted by the <br />Permittee. <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City. <br />3. Non -Transferability: This permit is non -transferable. <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted within a portion of <br />the Westpoint Marina and on portions of Seaport Blvd. east of Blomquist. For <br />March 2nd , 2019, activities will be restricted entirely within the loop of Seaport <br />Blvd. that encompasses the Pacific Shores business complex. For March 3rd <br />2019, only one lane, in each direction, of Seaport Blvd. will be restricted to bicycle <br />traffic, leaving one lane, in each direction, open and available for vehicular use. <br />5. Date and Time: The 15th Annual Stanford Treeathlon shall be conducted on <br />Saturday, March 2nd , 2019 and Sunday, March 3rd , 2019. Set-up shall begin at <br />approximately 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, with the event commencing at 12:00 p.m. <br />on March 2nd and ending by 3:00 p.m. on March 3rd , 2019. The course shall be <br />completely cleared and the roadway reopened by 5:00 p.m. March 3rd , 2019. <br />87 <br />
