7/24/00 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. i -�gati <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br />AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN <br />CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />(THE EXCITE @HOME COMPANY MEETING AND CELEBRATION) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Patti Nicoletta -Shea of Shea and <br />Associates for the use of certain public rights -of -way in connection with the <br />Excite @Home Company Meeting and Celebration on Friday, July 28, 2000, in <br />the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights -of -way described <br />therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the <br />Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br />Reso -937 <br />DES:djk <br />R/Shared /Redwood /Council <br />07/11/00 <br />
