Subtask 1.3 - Project QA/QC Activities The Consultant will perform internal quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on all project work products. Quality control will include careful checking of data, calculations, and model results, as well as review of proposed criteria, recommendations, and key deliverables by Consultant experts in the area of sewer system planning, evaluation, and design. (Note: the labor effort and budget for QC checking are included under the individual project tasks.) Under this subtask, the Consultant will also conduct an internal Senior Technical Approach Review (STAR) workshop at the beginning of the project to review project scope, schedule, and technical issues with project QA/QC reviewers. Deliverables: • Monthly status reports • Monthly invoices • Kickoff meeting agenda and minutes • Weekly email status reports and summary email of status phone calls with list of action items TASK 2 - REVIEW EXISTING INFORMATION Subtask 2.1 - Review Documents, Maps, and Files The objective of this task is to gain an understanding of the City's existing sewer system facilities, their condition, and operation, to provide background information for completing the Master Plan. The Consultant will review and evaluate available sewer system maps and inventory data, GIS shapefiles, previous flow monitoring sites, operation and maintenance records, design standards including, but limited to the City's Design Criteria (Part VI) and Attachment L, previous master plans and model data, SSO data through CIWQS public reports, census data, other maintenance data, CCTV data as needed, past CIP projects, and other relevant sewer system information to be REV: 01-28-19 PR Page 11 of 21 ATTY/AGR.2019.012/Woodard & Curran
