Quality control will include careful checking of data, <br />calculations, and model results, as well as review of proposed criteria, <br />recommendations, and key deliverables by Consultant experts in the area of sewer <br />system planning, evaluation, and design. (Note: the labor effort and budget for QC <br />checking are included under the individual project tasks.) Under this subtask, the <br />Consultant will also conduct an internal Senior Technical Approach Review (STAR) <br />workshop at the beginning of the project to review project scope, schedule, and <br />technical issues with project QA/QC reviewers. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Monthly status reports <br />• Monthly invoices <br />• Kickoff meeting agenda and minutes <br />• Weekly email status reports and summary email of status phone calls with list of <br />action items <br />TASK 2 - REVIEW EXISTING INFORMATION <br />Subtask 2.1 - Review Documents, Maps, and Files <br />The objective of this task is to gain an understanding of the City's existing sewer system <br />facilities, their condition, and operation, to provide background information for <br />completing the Master Plan. The Consultant will review and evaluate available sewer <br />system maps and inventory data, GIS shapefiles, previous flow monitoring sites, <br />operation and maintenance records, design standards including, but limited to the City's <br />Design Criteria (Part VI) and Attachment L, previous master plans and model data, SSO <br />data through CIWQS public reports, census data, other maintenance data, CCTV data <br />as needed, past CIP projects, and other relevant sewer system information to be <br />REV: 01-28-19 PR <br />Page 11 of 21 <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.012/Woodard & Curran <br />
