EXHIBIT "B" <br />FEE <br />The Consultant shall perform the Scope of Work as described in Exhibit "A" for a time <br />and materials cost of $294,342.00 for Tasks 1 to 10 and an optional cost of $27,880.00 <br />for Task 11 upon direction from the City.
