Upgrade Milonic DHTML Menuing software. This is software that was used <br />in the original Redwood City web pages. It needs to be upgraded to the current version. This is <br />an expense item only. KorTech will perform and test the upgrade once it has been purchased by <br />Redwood City. <br />Deliverables. All MFR and Comm customers will have default allocation factors that can <br />be changed as Public Works Services sees fit. <br />This project depends upon Redwood City IT and Public Works Services for the following: <br />Resolve issues #2 and 3 under GENERAL DATA MODEL AND PROCESSING <br />CHANGES. <br /> <br />Supply and make available the data fields necessary to implement the customer - site - <br />account - meter data model: CustomerlD, SitelD, CustomerClass, and <br />BusinessType. <br /> <br />This project also depends upon Chris Willig and Public Works Services for the following: <br />360 evapotranspiration factors, 1 for each possible monthly billing period. <br /> <br />Allocation formulas for MFR and Comm customers. <br /> <br />Default values for allocation factors for MFR and Comm customers. <br /> <br />Agreement over $10K <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br /> <br />13 <br />
