Agreement with Disability Access Consultants, LLC, to develop an Americans <br />with Disabilities Act Self -Evaluation and Transition Plan (304) MO 19-012 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services <br />agreement with Disability Access Consultants, LLC (DAC) in the amount of <br />$220,450 to develop an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self -Evaluation <br />and Transition Plan to ensure City compliance with the ADA. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.B. Amendment No. Ito General Services Agreement for Software/ Hardware <br />Maintenance Support and Scanning Services with ECS Imaging, Inc. (304) <br />MO 19-013 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the General Services Agreement with ECS Imaging, Inc. in the amount of <br />$54,318.21 (for a total amount of $70,000) for annual software / hardware <br />maintenance support and scanning services. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.C. Redwood City Ferry Financial Feasibility Study and Cost -Benefit & Economic <br />Impact Analysis (304) MO 19-014 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve, and authorize City Manager to execute, the professional <br />services agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. for transportation planning, financial <br />feasibility and economic analysis services related to the Redwood City Ferry <br />Project in the amount of $457,925 and authorize the City Manager to increase <br />the agreement amount, if necessary, up to 10% not to exceed $503,718. <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />
