Recommendation: <br />Adopt a Resolution approving the modifications to the "Water Supply <br />Agreement Between the City and County of San Francisco Wholesale Customers <br />in Alameda County, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County," and authorize <br />the City Manager to execute the Amended and Restated Water Supply <br />Agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H. Award of Construction Contract for Hopkins Traffic Calming Pilot Project <br />Located on Hopkins Avenue between Alameda de las Pulgas and EI Camino <br />Real (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By resolution, approve making a portion of Hopkins Avenue a temporary one- <br />way street for the period of the Hopkins Traffic Calming Pilot Project. <br />2. By motion, approve the contract documents and award the standard form <br />contract for the Hopkins Traffic Calming Pilot Project to Golden Bay <br />Construction of Hayward, California for their responsive and responsible bid in <br />the amount of $161,568.50; and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the contract amount. <br />3. By motion, find that the project is exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines 15306 <br />because the purpose of the project is to collect data to evaluate the project's <br />impact on traffic operations, safety, and livability. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 6. Information Collection <br />Item was moved to a future undetermined meeting date. <br />6.1. Ordinances Implementing City Charter Amendments Regarding the <br />Publication of Ordinances and the Publication of a Notice of Public Hearing on <br />the Budget (308) MO 19-017 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive first reading and introduce an Ordinance regarding the Publication of <br />Ordinances; <br />2.
