Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment to Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Redwood City Hotels, LLC; <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment to Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreement with Redwood City Hotels, LLC; and <br />3.
