(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 25, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Hale to approve the contract documents and award the standard form <br />construction contract for the Whipple and Veterans Overlay Project to G. Bortolotto & Co., <br />Inc. of San Carlos, California for their responsive and responsible low base bid of <br />$711,111.11; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, not to exceed $782,222.22 and find <br />that the project is exempt and meets California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemption <br />criteria as set forth in Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and Section 15302 (Replacement or <br />Reconstruction) of the CEQA Guidelines. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />I <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
