D. By motion, approve and authorize execution of Amendment No. 2 (that extends <br />and amends the agreement dated September 20, 2005 and rescinding <br />Amendment No. 1, dated February 6, 2006 (the "Agreement ") to allow Wagstaff & <br />Associated to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for <br />Stanford Hospital & Clinics proposed Ambulatory Medical Clinics Project located <br />at 420, 430, 440 and 450 Broadway. <br />Recommendation: <br />That the City Council approve and authorize execution of the amended agreement <br />for environmental consulting services with Wagstaff & Associates for the Stanford <br />Medical Clinics Project SEIR. (304) MINUTE ORDER 06 -74 <br />E. Sponsorship of Montalvo events in Redwood City to continue to support of <br />Downtown business activity — CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />Vice Mayor Foust thanked the Redevelopment Manager for supporting an arts <br />organization and bringing more people to our downtown for a minimal amount of <br />money. <br />Recommendation: <br />That Redwood City Redevelopment Agency approve an additional sponsorship of <br />$30,000 to Montalvo to support 25 -30 shows in Downtown Redwood City for the <br />2006/07 season.
