BKF has prepared some of construction easeme1).t plates for the <br />pump station discharge structure design and construction; also research the existing <br />stonn drain easements for the pump station. BKF is happy to provide engineering <br />support to assist City in responding to property owner questions and prepare any <br />addition easement plate to complete the engineering design and construction for the <br />Fifth A venue Pump ~tation ProJect. <br /> <br />The total fee of the engineering support to respond property owner's question and <br />prepare any addition infonnation as required by the City is estimated to be Nine <br />Thousands and Five Hundred dollars ($9,500) on a time and material basis in <br />accordance with BKF Engineers' prevailing schedule of professional fees. <br /> <br />Once again, we would like to thank the City for the opportunity to provide our proposal <br />and we look forward to working with City to clear the hurdle of property issues to <br />ensure the completion of the pump station design and construction in the near future. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br />BKF ENGINEERS <br /> <br />. ....~"'."'.} ....
