<br /> 6.2A <br /> Page 5 <br />1. The City of Redwood City approves the amended Scope of Work imposed on <br /> the NPDES General Program and respectfully requests the San Mateo County <br /> Board of Supervisors, acting as the governing board of the San Mateo County <br /> Fiood Control District, to impose those basic and additional charges necessary to <br /> fund the County-wide NPDES General Program annually; and <br />2. The City of Redwood City requests the basic and additional charges to be <br /> collected through the San Mateo county flood Control District until a Council <br /> Resolution rescinding or modifying this authorization is transmitted to the San <br /> Mateo County Flood Control District by May 1, prior to the budget year the <br /> cancellation or modification is to take effect; and <br />3. The City of Redwood City agrees that the additional charges to be imposed will <br /> be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and C/CAG shall <br /> notify the City of said adjustments annually prior to May 31 of each year; <br />4. The City of Redwood City requests that all properties within the territorial limits of <br /> said City be charged the basic and additional annual charges in accordance with <br /> said charges stated above; and <br />5.
